The Experience
During your visit, our team of fit and style experts will provide you with a meticulous fitting and guide you through our comprehensive selection of fabrics and design options.
We’ll take your body measurements, have you try on fit garments so you can see how your shirt, suit, jacket, or trousers will be customized to fit your body, and discuss your unique fit needs with you.
The Details
We begin the process by selecting a fabric. We source our fabrics from some of the best mills in the world such as Dormeuil, Scabal, Zegna, Reda and more.
To produce your custom garments, we partner with factories such as Samuelsohn/Heritage Gold and Coppley as well as a private label factory that makes garments that are exclusive to Zahner's.
With a wide range of customizable design elements, you can create the precise suit, jacket, and trousers you envision and add details to make them uniquely yours.
Choose from style elements such as the construction of your suit, the lapel of your jacket, button colors and inner linings. The combinations are endless, and the end result is a beautiful, high-quality garment, specially made to fit your body in exactly the fabric and style that’s right for you.

With our extensive on-site shirt template program, we will fit you into a template before you agree to anything so that you can feel exactly how your custom shirt will feel on your body when it is made for you.
